Submit a Sequencing Dataset to SNPfisher
If you have variation data derived from non-mutagenized laboratory zebrafish (AB, EK, TL, TU, or WIK ), please consider submitting it for representation in the SNPfisher database. Fill out the SNPfisher Submission Form and email it to snpfisher@mail.nih.gov. You will then be contacted at your provided email address to arrange an upload of your data.
